Sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG) Silver-rated tanneries. - Lining and comfort: genuine lambskin or sheepskin linings and padded insoles. - Construction: handmade soles cemented to the upper (not Goodyear welted or Blake stitched), which keeps shoes light and flexible from the first wear. Each sole is built by hand from a leather top welt, a durable, flexible and anti-slip TPR sole sheet, a Masonite heel stack and a rubber heel top lift in our signature blue. - Designed in England, made in India. - Customers: trusted by more than 90,000 customers. - Sizes: whole UK sizes only (no half sizes). Most styles come in UK 7–12 (EU 41–46); selected styles also come in UK 13 and 14. Each product page shows the sizes available for that style. - Widths: Medium (F) is standard. Selected styles are also made in Wide (G), marked WIDE FIT in the product name. - Warranty: 6 months against manufacturing defects. - Returns: request a return label through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within a further 14 days (28 days in total).
