Please note that in order for a return to be eligible, it must be in pristine condition and raised within 28 days of receipt. If you are returning faulty goods, please contact our customer service team who you can reach by clicking HERE.
1. Register Your Return
Click HERE to start your return. Order number and postcode must be entered exactly as seen on your order confirmationOrder number and email to be entered exactly as seen on your order confirmation.

2. Post Your Return
Proceed through to the portal and you’ll be given the option to choose a carrier to fulfil your return. Make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested. Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.
3. We'll Do The Rest
Once we have processed your return you will receive notification via email.
All successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment.
Please note refunds can take 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show into your account.
RETURNS COSTS
Please note for UK orders there is no return charge on the first return where the order value was £75.00, returns under this amount or subsequent returns will be charged at £3.99 per order, the cost of your return will be deducted from final refund.
International customers:
We do not offer free returns to international order please see delivery and return for more details.
RETURNS POLICY & FAQS
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact and accessories included.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Personalised goods cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns or offer an exchange on unsealed cosmetics or underwear and swimwear. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods.
If you are returning faulty goods please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your items.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the items. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you return your items to us.
We are really sorry, but we're unable to accept back used items which are unsuitable or don't fit. An item that is deemed uncomfortable or an issue with size/fit after wear is unfortunately not classed as a fault.
We recommend you try your purchased item on before you use it outside and if there is an issue with size/fit then please follow the normal returns process.
If your returned items make your order fall below the qualifying amount for the free gift, you will need to return the free gift or the equivalent amount will be deducted from any refunds due. We apologise for any disappointment this causes.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the steps on our returns portal and send your item to Unit 7, 55 Hastings Road, Leicester LE5 0BT.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Free Returns Label
A free returns label is only given for orders above £75. If your order is below this threshold then you will need to send the item back to us at your cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All other terms and conditions apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note once the refund is processed they can take 3 to 5 working days to show into your account (dependent on your bank).
We are able to offer exchange services only when it is an exchange for the same item but in a different size.

If you require a different item/colour then please follow the usual returns procedure to return your item(s) and place a new order for the replacement.
We aim to process all exchanges within 3 to 5 working days from the day of receiving your return.
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
Please contact us via our Contact Us page. We'll need your order number and any pictures you have of the item received. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods within our warehouses and during transit, it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged or faulty item.
We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.
In order to do this we ask that you contact us through your account using our Contact Us page. Please provide details of the fault and provide pictures for our team to review.

We recommend you try your purchased item indoors on a clean carpeted area before outside use and if there is an issue with size/fit then please follow the normal returns process.
