Leather Footwear Care

Really surprised with the quality of the shoes and service. Quick delivery and great price (on offer for more of a steal than a bargain!). They are really well made and designed on a very comfy last for an average European feet. Sure they are not hand made in England, no fancy tanneries are reported or Goodyear welt used, but they are UK designed and well made abroad with honest quality leather. They look smart and punch above their price range with smart design choices like the leather-looking rubberised soles. Overall positively surprised and highly recommend!

Love the shoes, great standout colour and comfort (5 stars for shoes)however the rating has been let down by poor customer service. In many of the reviews people reported on the nice surprise of their delivery containing a complementary care pack however I didn’t receive this so contacted them and was first given an apology and told it would be sent then the next day told I won’t be getting this as it’s not included and I’d already got the shoes cheap. This is very disappointing as it seems that many customers did receive this with the exact same shoe order.

I ordered the red as this particular one looked special and royal and they exceeded my expectation. The shoe was super vibrant in color, comfortable to wear and not overly heavy. It's a perfect shoe and I wish I can get all the colors as they all are equally beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a dress shoe.
