Returns

How do I return

  1. Repack your items - These must be unworn/unwashed/unused with original tags.
  2. You will need your order number and email address. Choose the items to return or exchange and submit the return request for approval.
  3. Once we have processed your return we will email you a returns label. You're ready to post it off! Make sure you keep proof of postage!
  4. Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.

FYI

  • If your returned items make your order fall below the qualifying amount for the free gift, you will need to return the free gifts for a full refund.
  • You’ve got 28 days to send something back to us from the day that you received your order.
  • If your items are returned to us outside of the 28-day period, then we’ll issue you an eVoucher instead of a refund to your original payment method. 
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics, swimwear, socks or under garments, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Footwear will not be accepted where there are signs of wear inside the shoes, on the uppers or on the sole. Shoes returned with scratched soles or creased or scratched uppers will be refused for exchange or refund and offered for return to the customer subject to shipping fees being paid. For these reasons, we suggest trying shoes on carpet only. 
  • Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.
  • Please note a £2.99 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges are FREE for all U.K. customers. 

International returns - Please use your own method of return, refund will only be processed once the items have arrived to our warehouse and if your items don't make it back to us, you'll need to open a dispute with the carrier. You may be liable for the import and pay a custom duty charge for orders over the customers threshold.
