To start a return, log in to our Returns Portal and follow the on-screen steps.
Remember:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the items back within a further 14 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- A £2.99 returns charge per parcel is deducted from your refund.
- Please obtain proof of postage in case your parcel goes missing on its way back to us.
