Shipping Services
We offer 4 delivery options:
- Standard Delivery – Evri (3–4 working days) – £4.95
- Next Day Click & Collect – DPD (£3.95, or FREE over £75). Available at over 7,000 pick-up locations. Recommended for apartments or shared buildings.
- Next Day Home Delivery – Evri (£5.95). Fastest home delivery service.
- Next Day Home Delivery – DPD (£6.95). Includes a one-hour delivery time slot, text and email updates on the day of delivery, and real-time driver tracking.
For next-day services, orders must be placed before 4:00 pm (Mon–Fri). Weekend and public holiday orders ship the next working day.
Security & Liability
If no one is available and a parcel is left in a communal area or designated safe place and is later reported missing, Oswin Hyde is unable to provide a refund or replacement. By selecting home delivery, customers accept this risk. For maximum security, please choose DPD Click & Collect.
International Shipping (Estimated Times)
- Europe: 3–5 working days
- USA: 3–4 working days
- Rest of World: 2–4 working days

- Diverting parcels to a parcel shop or alternative address may result in longer delivery times beyond our control. Unsuccessful diversions often result in the item being returned to the sender.
