New leather shoes can sometimes feel firm or rub a little during the first few wears — this is a normal part of the "breaking-in" process, as the leather softens and adapts to your feet.
To help them settle, wear them for short periods indoors at first and pair them with good socks. Please note that discomfort or a fit issue after wear isn't classed as a fault, so we recommend checking the fit indoors before wearing your shoes outside.
If you have any concerns, our team is always happy to advise — just get in touch.
