We offer free domestic shipping on all orders above £50  to UK addresses using Royal Mail and free returns.  All orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for next day delivery. Please note ‘Next Day’ service will not be applicable during the weekends and English Public Holidays.

Our shipping service only runs from Monday to Friday any orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

EUROPE: Delivered 3-5 working days from dispatch
USA: Delivered 1-2 working days from dispatch
ROW: Delivered 2-4 working days from dispatch

All customers will receive an email confirming when their order has been dispatched and will include your tracking information.

Duty & Tax

Orders from within the USA are usually free from any additional tax payments up to a maximum of $800 per shipment.

For all other countries, please consult your local customs and excise authority.

Kindly take note, all duty and tax related charges are to be borne by the recipient strictly. If you fail to make payment and your package is consequently held, we reserve the right to instruct for the goods to be returned to us or your package be destroyed. All associated costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Please note that in order for a return to be eligible, it must be in pristine condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are returning faulty goods, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your items via your preferred contact channel below.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the accessories/items included with your original order.

Attach the label to your parcel (not the product box) and return your parcel at any Royal Mail post office.

Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending. Keep this receipt safe as this be needed to track your return.


Once we have processed your return you will receive notification via email.

Please note refunds can take 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show into your account.

    International Returns

    All items being returned from outside of the United Kingdom must clearly be marked as "returned goods" on your customs paperwork. Failure to do this means your returned package may be subject to tax/duties inbound to the UK. We will not be able to pay this, and the result will be that your package will be likely returned to you or destroyed by Customs & Excise.

    Faulty Items

    Every item is checked thoroughly before dispatch. In the rare event, an item has been delivered to you with a fault, you must notify us immediately. Please do not continue to wear the item or attempt to repair it as this may invalidate your right to return the product.  You can use the WhatsApp function on our website to speak to a member of our team and send pictures of the fault if required.
