Yes — we offer a simple exchange process for UK orders:
- One exchange per order for a different size or another item of equal value.
- Start your exchange via the Returns Portal.
- If you need to exchange more than once, standard return and reshipment postage fees apply.
- The 28-day return window runs from the delivery date of your original order and does not reset with an exchange.
- If your chosen item is out of stock, we'll contact you with alternatives; if none suit, we'll issue a refund.
- If you used our return label and choose a refund instead, a £2.99 fee is deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are currently available for UK orders only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
