Comfort and fit are subjective, and discomfort alone is not considered a fault. As such, we are unable to accept returns solely on the basis that an item did not feel comfortable once worn.
Trying your item on before wearing it outside
We recommend trying your item on indoors, on carpet or another soft surface, before wearing it outside. This allows you to properly assess comfort and fit while:
- Protecting the sole from scratches
- Preventing creasing or marking to the item
Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the fit and comfort of your item before wearing it outside. Once an item has been worn outdoors, it is no longer eligible for return, including for reasons of comfort or fit, as it can no longer be resold as new.
If, after trying the item indoors, you decide it is not suitable, it can be returned within our standard return window, provided it meets our usual return requirements (unworn outdoors, unmarked, in original packaging, with tags attached).
