Shoe Width Guide

At Oswin Hyde:

Standard width is Medium (F) – 25 cm at the widest part of the foot.
For wider feet (Wide G, approx. 25.6 cm), we recommend sizing up or choosing styles marked WIDE FIT (labelled clearly after the style name).

How to Measure Your Feet

Place a blank sheet of paper flat on the floor, with one edge flush against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil.
Measure the length from the wall to your mark.
Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement.

Care Instructions

Leather Footwear Care
Gently wipe off surface dirt using a damp cloth or soft brush. Let the leather dry naturally at room temperature. Apply a neutral cream or polish with a shoe brush and allow it to absorb. Once dry, buff with a soft cloth to restore shine.

Suede & Nubuck Care
Use a suede brush and appropriate suede or nubuck cleaner to remove marks and stains. Avoid using water directly.

Protection Tip
Apply a protective spray regularly to help prevent water damage and staining.

The first pair of suede Chelsea boots I bought had a mark down the whole of the right hand shoe so I got in touch with Oswin Hyde and they asked for photos of the issue and within 30 minutes they had sent me a return label I was given the option of money back or replacement item so within a week I had a replacement set of boots that are great

Super fast service, I ordered on Thursday and had them in my hands on Friday.
As with all new boots they were a tiny bit tight but within 20 minutes of putting them on the fitted like a glove.

Seem to be well made for the money I paid. Time will tell and this is a first assessment. As far as I can tell the matrlerials are good for the money. There are no flaws in the finish so quality control seems to be good. Sizing is a bit small I would say - shoes have been sourced from non European market I speculate?
Anyway they are good for what I paid.

They looked lovely and they were presented beautifully. But, as they were bought for a present, I can't yet tell you if the recipient was equally impressed...
