The internal lining of the shoes was not properly glued into position; however, I chose to keep them rather than return them for a refund. Additionally, they are quite narrow and require stretching before they can be worn comfortably.

Great style and good overall quality. However, they are slightly narrower than a standard fit, as I needed to have them stretched, but they are very comfortable to wear.

Much better quality than expected for the price.

Recently I purchased two pairs of shoes from Oswin Hyde and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. The customer service was outstanding - their website provided a very useful guide on measuring the size of shoes I required. Their chat line gave further information on getting the correct width. Initially I bought a pair of William Tan brown brogues. The quality of these was really good and very comfortable. As as result, a few days later I bought a pair of Dean Black lack dress leather brogues. What stood out to me was the quality and how well they fit. Their advice on sizing was spot on, and I've never had more comfortable shoes without having to "break them in". The price was reasonable and both pairs were accompanied with useful gifts of shoe horns, spare blue laces and shoe polish. Overall doing business with Oswin Hyde was a really good experience in terms of quality, guidance on sizing, comfort, speed of delivery and quality of customer service.

Have never heard of the bead before but bey impressed with everything. The packaging, inside and out is quality feeling. Loved the addition of the shoe horn. The shoes look great especially with the Oswin Hyde blue to it. And I can't believe how soft the interior of the shoes are. Considering my shoe size, I'm also happy to see the variety of other styles available. I'm likely to buy more from here.

These shoes are exceptionally of good quality. They feel and look solid. I have bought many smart shoes that were terrible. So believe me when I say I am really happy with the purchase and the value for money.

In more detail, The shoe sole is solid, the shoe heel is protected by the blue replaceable rubber, some critical parts of the shoe are cushioned without making the shoe look chunky, which I am happy about as I have had blisters before from my other smart shoes. The stitching on the inside and outside looks good, the colour of the shoe on the inside is classy, the shoes comes with a pair of shoelaces, a shoehorn and small portable shoe shine/polishing sponge.

Over all, I am a very happy customer.

Good service and quick delivery

As a first customer, I felt a tad let down.
Where I was fully aware the shoes I selected were ‘on a sale price level’ I did feel a tad underwhelmed on the condition of the general state of the shoes once received. The photography that I observed showed a brighter shade of ‘blue’ on the heel plate, upper laces and prominent stitch at the base of the lace gap area than advertised. In fact the stitch at the base of the lace looked to me having been polished over in black polish which completely ruined the image of the item I was expecting. There was also a blemish on the toe area of the right shoe which seems like a scuff rather than scrape.
I had also reacted to a section on your website stating ‘10% off for all new customers’ of which I did not receive. I am aware of the likelihood that there will be small print which might state that this offer does not apply to goods currently reduced, however, I do feel this should be clarified to any new customer in the process of their order.

I have just purchased a pair of shoes from this company Oswin Hyde and they were just what I wanted nice fit comfortable and the delivery was very prompt , I would definitely buy another pair from Oswin Hyde.
