How to Measure Your Feet

Place a blank sheet of paper flat on the floor, with one edge flush against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil.
Measure the length from the wall to your mark.
Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement.

Care Instructions

Leather Footwear Care
Gently wipe off surface dirt using a damp cloth or soft brush. Let the leather dry naturally at room temperature. Apply a neutral cream or polish with a shoe brush and allow it to absorb. Once dry, buff with a soft cloth to restore shine.

Suede & Nubuck Care
Use a suede brush and appropriate suede or nubuck cleaner to remove marks and stains. Avoid using water directly.

Protection Tip
Apply a protective spray regularly to help prevent water damage and staining.

Even at sale price I’m not sure I’d have kept them as I didn’t see the VFM that many others commented upon. As it was, the shoe was far too big, which was disappointing as I used the measurement process on the OH website. I didn’t spend a great deal of time reviewing the shoe but I did think the sole looked cheap and thin. OK it was never going to be a match for a Blake stitched or Goodyear welted shoe, but I’ve seen similar priced shoes with far better soles in my opinion. Overall my buying experience was quite poor and I’m definitely not going to be returning. Worth a try based on other reviews, but it’s not the grade of shoe for my shoe rack. The good: easy to order, nicely packaged. Few additional items in box. Customer services: nice to talk to someone, although this was only needed as OH sent an email that did not include the postage label I paid for. Not so good: Website measurements; not accurate hence why my shoes were too big. Muck up of returns label. Quality of shoe; didn’t see them as particularly good VFM, more fashion over substance and sole looked particularly cheap. Shoes are currently on route to OH, so will update once that process is completed.

Fantastic! Lovely shoes. Feel good on. Superb saving from normal price. Got some noce compliments while wearing them. Arrived nice and quickly considering was over xmas period, all came in really noce packaging as well withba spare lace and a shoe horn as well. Nice touch. . 100% recommend.
