Shoe Width Guide

At Oswin Hyde:

Standard width is Medium (F) – 25 cm at the widest part of the foot.
For wider feet (Wide G, approx. 25.6 cm), we recommend sizing up or choosing styles marked WIDE FIT (labelled clearly after the style name).

How to Measure Your Feet

Place a blank sheet of paper flat on the floor, with one edge flush against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil.
Measure the length from the wall to your mark.
Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement.

Care Instructions

Leather Footwear Care
Gently wipe off surface dirt using a damp cloth or soft brush. Let the leather dry naturally at room temperature. Apply a neutral cream or polish with a shoe brush and allow it to absorb. Once dry, buff with a soft cloth to restore shine.

Suede & Nubuck Care
Use a suede brush and appropriate suede or nubuck cleaner to remove marks and stains. Avoid using water directly.

Protection Tip
Apply a protective spray regularly to help prevent water damage and staining.

Wore my new pair to the shop and back (4 minute walk) and the sole of the heels seemed to be made of chewing gum.. Loads of stones stuck into thr heels sole, mis-shaping and bulking out on thr edges like I weighed 900KG! Put them on this morning (2nd time ive worn them now) and the right shoe’s laces snapped.. Causing me not to be able to wear my new shoes worth £140 to work on the first day I’ve owned them!! Dont get me wrong, the marketing, packaging and care you recieve is amazing; but i did not expect cheap level quality of heels and laces from such an upper-class seeming brand.

Same story as the other one,bit too tight at the same point, again sent it back and exchanged for another different style pair.All done in 2 days.
