With proper care, full-grain leather footwear is built to last for years rather than months. How long a pair lasts depends on how often they're worn, the conditions they're worn in, and how they're cared for.
To maximise their life: rotate between pairs, condition and polish the leather, use shoe trees, and store them somewhere cool and dry.
Some parts are consumable and will naturally wear with use — for example, rubber heels wear down over time and may need routine replacement. This is normal and isn't considered a manufacturing fault.
