Place a blank sheet of paper flat on the floor, with one edge flush against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil.
Measure the length from the wall to your mark.
Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement.

Nice boot good leather nice styling with a good brogue. However, i have wide feet and they were too narrow for my feet so fit too tight. Shame.
