Standard width is Medium (F) – 25 cm at the widest part of the foot.
For wider feet (Wide G, approx. 25.6 cm), we recommend sizing up or choosing styles marked WIDE FIT (labelled clearly after the style name).

How to Measure Your Feet

Place a blank sheet of paper flat on the floor, with one edge flush against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil.
Measure the length from the wall to your mark.
Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement.

Great trainer. Excellent quality and style. They are on the more generous side of fittings, wider than most so would note that as something to consider. I think some people would go down a size or add an insole. Great if you wider feet. The trainers are light but solid and you can see, feel and smell the quality. The extras in the box are a lovely touch.
